We are beyond excited to introduce Cass! Effective late last year she has joined our team as our Sales Representative. 5 years ago, when we released the Lauren Round Vessel Basin, Cass @ Burdens Plumbtec in Warragul was the first salesperson to take our products on board. We have maintained a great working relationship and have always felt she was one of our biggest supporters.
Since the arrival of Max in June 22 we have been begging Cass to bring her broad knowledge and always friendly approach to our team on a self-paced, mum friendly basis.
Cass has over 12 years’ experience in the plumbing and bathroom space. She has worked for REECE, BEAUMONTS & BURDENS, and knows plumbing inside out. Cass loves plumbing so much that even her partner Matt is… you guessed it… a plumber!

“I am really excited to work with the DLH Designs team. Supporting locally owned and made products especially in the bathroom plumbing space ticks all the boxes for me.
Owners, Dave and Bec are a passionate and talented pair who make beautiful, bespoke products that are highly functional centre pieces in hundreds of amazing bathrooms. I am proud to say I have watched them grow from a single grey basin to the massive array of colourful, artistic basins they have on offer today.
The team at DLH Designs have consistently listened to their customers and taken every problem or imperfection as an opportunity to improve their production processes or find higher quality materials. This provides me greatest level of confidence and enthusiasm when promoting their products which I now get to do in a way that also accommodates the needs of my family!”
